I love the sunset on the sea.
So is this basically a picture summary of what's been going on with you so far?
And, more importantly, what's your favorite picture from above, and why (mostly I'm hoping there is a story behind it that makes it even more interesting)?
Yeah these are a bunch of pics to show what I've been describing.
I can't choose just one pic as my favorite but if I have to I'll go with the pic of me trying to light the candle on the Krathong. That was an awesome experience and Jojo (the kid next to me) kept trying to help me keep the candle lit but the wind had other ideas. And I also love the one where I'm placing the Krathong on the water because as soon as they took the pic the boat started rocking so the guys all grabbed me to keep me from face planting into the river.
Okay, given the time of the year, I thought of a new conversation question for you. It's obvious that Thanksgiving doesn't exist over in Thailand, but are there any celebrations of a similar nature? If so, is it the meaning of the holiday, or the nature of eating tons and tons of food?
